Breaking Through is an deep dive into the world of intentional microdosing.
We spend the first 4 weeks learning not only about microdosing, but about important skills that are useful - I would argue essential - for successful psychedelic work. Individuals are provided with a comprehensive collection of resources to ensure that the microdosing experience is meaningful, enriching, and as safe as possible under the conditions of utilizing psychedelics for personal growth.*
The second 4 weeks involve executing what we've learned in the first half of the program in a supportive group container. Individuals will find their own unique microcode amount and schedule. Together as a group, we will explore the emotions, recurring thought patterns, coping mechanisms, and personal experiences that arise during the 4-week microdosing series. Individuals will learn how to sit with discomfort, shift their thought patterns, set firm boundaries with kindness, and more.
*For individuals interested in the educational portion of weeks 1-4 who would prefer to refrain from the coaching portion of weeks 5-8, there is that option. It is highly recommended that if you choose this option, you still work with a trusted professional with a background in psychedelics before taking any psychedelic substance or doing personal growth work.
This program is recommended for individuals who already have some background in personal growth and who are looking to optimize their lives, address symptoms of burnout, and start thriving. That may mean you've worked with a therapist or coach already. It may mean you've started exploring things on your own but have self-regulation tools like meditation or gratitude practices.
It is not for individuals who have a history of unaddressed trauma, individuals with treatment-resistant anxiety or depression, or individuals with a personal or family history (including close family members such as parents, grandparents, aunts/uncles, or siblings) of psychosis or psychotic episodes.
