Solo sessions are useful for individuals who are interested in doing deeper, longer term work with support and guidance. That may mean working together over the course of a single microdose series, over several courses of microdosing, or helping you prepare for a macrodose/large dose experience.
Some individuals prefer to meet weekly, while others enjoy twice per month sessions that allow them to practice, integrate, or explore their shifting states of being. When doing preparation or integration work, it is recommended to come no less than twice per month.
The resources available to group program members - exercise, PDFs, videos, audio recordings, worksheets, etc. - are absolutely available to individual clients as well based on interest and need. Not every client will want or need the same resources, and the benefit of private sessions is that they are tailored specifically to your individual needs.
